Losing weight is a long process and it requires patience and discipline. Discipline to keep your self in track with changing your eating habits, exercising and all that goes with it and patience to stay strong and focused even on those days when things are not going as fast or as good as you would want.
One of the biggest struggles when you want to lose weight is that when you start dieting you need to give up on some nice things, like cakes and chocolate. But do you really have to?
I just watched the new Men In Black movie and my favorite quote was kind of highlighted in it by one of the characters: “Always remember, the universe has a way of leading you to where you’re supposed to be, at the moment you’re supposed to be there.” If I look back, I was getting ready for this weight loss journey for years.
How many times you have thought: I really need to lose weight, but I don’t want to give up on cakes or pizza. I cannot do dieting because I like to eat…well, probably way too many times.
